# Certification

Every new integration, and every update to an existing one, must be certified by ADGT before it is released to production.

## Before certification

- Test and verify all transactions in the ADGT Simulator (sandbox) first.
- Do not run load or performance tests in the Simulator without prior approval from ADGT.
- Schedule certification testing at least **10 business days** before your target launch date or lab submission. It runs by web meeting or in a designated lab, against a designated test program in a production-level ADGT environment.

## What ADGT verifies

- All required transactions process as expected and are logged with the correct transaction identifiers.
- Error handling and the messages shown to customers.
- User flows include the Play+ descriptions, branding and disclaimers designated by ADGT (see the ADGT Play+ Marketing Toolkit).

## Test cases

| Transaction | User experience | Processing tests |
| --- | --- | --- |
| Play+ enrollment | Placement and branding guidelines followed; co-branded logo and program name; program information and messages display correctly | Successful enrollment; failed enrollment |
| Play+ funding | Add funds or top-up option prominently displayed; funding pages display as expected | Successful and failed funding, for a new and an existing account |
| Balance inquiry | Called only as agreed in the UX design; accurate balance; inquiry errors handled | Balance AED 0; balance above AED 0; customer not enrolled, closed or blocked |
| Gaming transfers | Placement and branding guidelines followed; transfer options clear; messages display correctly | Accurate balance display; amount above balance blocked without a call to ADGT; Play+ to gaming; gaming to Play+ |
| Reversal and errors | Error messages display correctly | Successful reversal, or funds returned to the Gaming Wager Account |

## Production

ADGT provides production endpoints and credentials when your integration passes certification.

## Changes after go-live

Regulatory or compliance changes may occasionally require changes to an existing integration. ADGT will give notice of what must change and by when, and will coordinate the testing. Non-compliance with required regulatory changes may result in the program being discontinued.
